Terry E. Allen, 53, of Sandusky, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday evening, March 2, 2013 in Firelands Regional Medical Center.
He was born on November 10, 1959 in Bellevue, Ohio.
Terry was an avid musician, playing guitar for the band Flat Broke.
He attended the Sandusky Church of God, and was a part of the Allen family gospel singing group.
He is survived by his daughter, Dakota (Jerod) Smith, of Sandusky; sister, Carolyn Fox, of Michigan; several nieces and nephews; great nieces and great nephews; and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mack and Diane (Gansmiller) Allen; brother, Brian Allen; sister, Colleen Allen-Palmerson; and nephew, Dustin Fox.
Friends may call on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 from 4-8 P.M. at Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. Friends may also call on Wednesday from 10 A.M. until time of funeral services at 11 A.M. in the Sandusky Church of God, 1018 W. Bogart Rd., Sandusky. Rev. Dr. Porter B. Richards, Jr. and Rev. Bob Nickester will officiate. Burial will follow in Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron.
