Delores M. (Dahs) Parker, age 83, of Sandusky, died Friday evening, March 1, 2013, at Firelands Regional Medical Center, Main Campus.
She was born January 24, 1930 in Sandusky and graduated from Sandusky High School in 1948. She was a member of St. John's U.C.C., Milan, and the American Legion Aux. Delores loved to go golfing, bowling, and fishing; and she loved traveling across the U.S. visiting different places. She also enjoyed playing BINGO and cards. Delores attended every meeting with the Ford retirees and would help them out with anything they needed. She was a very loving Mother and friend.
She is survived by two daughters Barbara (Richard) Skinner, Sandusky and Donna Lagore, South Bloomingville; three step granddaughters Kelly, Karen, and Kerry; five step great grandchildren Kristine, Christopher, Nicole, Kylie, and Alicia; and one step great-great granddaughter Kaylee; sister Jean Hahn, Huron; brother Ron Dahs, Sandusky; several nieces and nephews; and good buddy Jeanne Borsick.
Delores is preceded in death by her husband Richard G. Parker, in 1988; daughter Cynthia; parents Otto and Helen (Heuser) Dahs; son in-law Gary M. Lagore; brother in infancy Richard; and brother in-law William Hahn.
Friends may call from 9:00 AM until time of services at 11:00 AM Tuesday, March 5, 2013, at St. John's U.C.C. 2712 Mason Rd. Milan, OH. Rev. Wendy Schindler-Chasney will officiate.
