Margaret J. Barber, 95, of Sandusky, passed away on Monday morning, March 18, 2013, in Stein Hospice Care Center.
She was born in Newark, New Jersey on July 20, 1917.
Margaret, along with her husband, was an officer for the Salvation Army, and was a homemaker.
She is survived by her son, Jack Barber, of Sandusky; four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two step great-grandchildren; and several other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Barber, in 1983; and a grandson, Brad.
Friends may call on Tuesday, March 19, 2013, from 6-8 P.M. in Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 10:30 A.M. in the funeral home, with the Rev. Wally Gilbert officiating. Burial will follow in Oakland Cemetery.
