Dorothy Marshall, age 74, of Bay View, died Monday morning in Stein Hospice Care Center, Sandusky.
She was born March 3, 1939, in Cinco, WV, and was a member of the Venice Road Baptist Church, and the Sandusky Bay Quilters Club.
She is survived by 3 daughters Charlotte (Jerry) Flynn of Castalia, Jeanette Johnson of Sandusky, and Linda (Randy) Beechler of Castalia; 4 sons Ronald Marshall of North Dakota, Bill (Bonnie) Marshall of Berlin Heights, Robert Marshall of Castalia, and David (Kimberly) Marshall of Hinckley, OH; 17 grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren; brother Roscoe (Phyllis) Wiley, Jr. of Huron; sister-in-law Marge Wiley; and several nieces and nephews.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband Billy Marshall in 2010; 2 sons Dennis and Timothy; 3 brothers Johnny, Kenny, and Thomas Wiley; and one sister Louise.
Friends may call from 5-8 pm Wednesday, May 8, 2013, in the Ransom Funeral Home, 610 S. Washington St., Castalia, and from 10:00 am Thursday, May 9, 2013, until time of services at 11:00 am in the Venice Road Baptist Church, 3814 Venice Rd., Sandusky. The Rev. Billy R. Hatfield will officiate. Burial will be in Castalia Cemetery.
