Eleanor Marie (Kraft) Knadler, age 79, of Norwalk, died Sunday, August 25, 2013 in Arbors at Clyde.
She was born December 20, 1933 in Newark, Ohio to the late Adam and Rose (Schindley) Kraft. She was a graduate of St. Frances DeSales High School in Newark. She worked at and retired from Huron County Bank (now PNC) for 30 years. She enjoyed volunteering at Fisher-Titus Medical Center and The Carriage House. She also volunteered in the Age Exchange Program at Senior Enrichment Services, Norwalk.
She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, William (Janice) Knadler of Norwalk and Patrick (Anita) Knadler of El Cajon, CA; granddaughters, Valerie (Jeremy) Spreng, Loudonville and Eileen (Victor) Sanchez of Albuquerque, NM; grandson, Patrick Knadler of El Cajon, CA; two step-grandchildren and two great-grandsons; sister, Betty (Duane) Longenette of Longbottom, OH; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard L. Knadler; children, James Knadler and Ann Byerly; sisters, Mary Knadler and Beverly Quillen.
Friends may call on Wednesday from 10:00 A.M. until time of service at 11:00 A.M. at the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk. Burial will follow at Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron.
