Stacey Leigh (Ramon) Risk, 41, of Sandusky, passed away Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at Stein Hospice Care Center following a lengthy illness.
Stacey was born on October 17, 1971 in Sandusky, Ohio, to Juan and Susann (Martin) Ramon.
Stacey graduated from Fremont Ross High School in 1990, and Lourdes College in 1994 where she received her Associates degree in Occupational Therapy. She was employed by North Coast Educational Service Center within the Perkins School District, as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant, teaching handicap children for many years. She loved her occupation, it was her life. Stacey was a member of the First Baptist Church. In her spare time, she enjoyed arts and crafts, and spending time with her entire family, especially her daughters.
Including her parents, Stacey is survived by her loving husband of 12 years, Shane Risk; four daughters, Jenna, Alison, Jordyn, and Ashley Risk; her son, Zachary Risk; half sister, Tara Swain; half brother, Bart Ramon; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2013 at 10:00 AM at First Baptist Church, 211 Monroe Street, Sandusky, Ohio with Rev. Dan Miller presiding. Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory, Sandusky is assisting the family with the arrangements.
