Ronda J. Wireman, 47, of Norwalk, Ohio, died Friday, October 11, 2013 in her home.
She was born April 22, 1966 in Sandusky, Ohio and was a lifelong area resident.
Ronda was a 1984 graduate of Norwalk High School and E.H.O.V.E. Joint Vocational School where she majored in Culinary Arts. She was a former employee of several local factories and also provided day care. Ronda was a former member of Eagles Aerie #711. She enjoyed being around her friends and family. The love, pride, and joy of her life was her son, Hershel Eric Wireman and her granddaughter, Madison "Maddie" whom she enjoyed playing with in park. Ronda loved to watch College football and was an avid Michigan Wolverine and Pittsburg Steelers Fan. She would often call up her friends and tell you, "your team is going down"!! Her visits always ended in "I Love You and or "You are my best friend", and you had better have responded back to her.
Ronda is survived by her companion, Hershel Prater of Norwalk, Ohio, by her son, Hershel Eric Wireman, by her step sons, Bruce Prater and Brian Prater, by her grand daughter, Madison Wireman, by her mother, Rose A Wamack of Norwalk, Ohio, by her father, Bill Wireman of Greenwich, Ohio, by her brother, David Wireman (Jackie Bores) and Charles Wireman, by her sisters, Linda Wireman-Fry of Cummings, Georgia, Eilean "Renae" Wade (Michael Wade), Billie Jo Houghtlen (the late Ronald Houghtlen), Peggy Shinski (Joe Shinski) all of Norwalk, Ohio, and Chelsea Kimble, Betsy Webb, and Sally Wireman.
She is also survived by her nephews, James, David, Matthew, Joe, Luke and Tim, and by her nieces, Lisa Cossondra, Mya and McKenzie, and by her great nephew, Nathan Moncrief.
Ronda was preceded in death by her son, Edward Prater, by her step son, Eric Prater, by her niece, Sky Wireman, and by her step father, James Wamack. Friends may call on Thursday, October 17, 2013 from 12:00 Noon to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to the time of service at 7:30 p.m.
