Ethel Lee, 67, of Republic passed away Monday, October 14, 2013 at the University of Toledo Medical Center.
She was born August 20, 1946 in Tecumseh, Michigan the daughter of George and Eleanor (Aiken) Kensler.
Ethel worked as a bookkeeper for Hasselbach & Paul Insurance, Bellevue. She was an avid golf fan and enjoyed playing the game as well. She loved spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Timothy Lee, of Republic whom she married Aug. 25, 1965 in Manchester, MI. Also surviving are her three sons: Chris (Julie) Lee of Bellevue, David (Renae) Lee of Republic, and Mark Lee of Republic; a stepdaughter, Brenda Prentice of Evert, MI; 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren; a brother, Louis Kensler of Marion, MI; and sister, Susan (Randy) Harms of Brooklyn, MI.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Friends will be received on Friday, October 18, 2013 from 4 p.m. until a funeral service begins at 7 p.m. at Foos and Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue.
