Benjamin Lee Dillon, 34, residing in Doha, Qatar, passed away Sunday, October 13, 2013 following an automobile accident.
Benjamin was born on January 17, 1979 in Columbus, Ohio to Michael and Myong (Park) Dillon.
Benjamin was a 1997 graduate of Edison High School. He was a Veteran of the Air Force who proudly served his country as a tech sergeant from January 6, 1999 to August 9, 2012. He served in the initial push in to Afghanistan and Iraq. He was employed as a contractor in Qatar, being a C-17 instructor for DRG.
Benjamin is survived by his wife, Sandra (Wagner) Dillon, whom he married on April 23, 2010. Including his parents, he is also survived by his brothers, Paul Dillon of Redford, Michigan and Erin Dillon of Austin, Texas; paternal grandmother Eleanor Dillon; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Benjamin is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Paul Dillon in 2011.
Friends may call on Saturday, November 2, 2013 from 10:00 am until time of funeral services at 12:00 pm at Groff Funeral Homes and Crematory, 1 South Main St. Milan, Ohio.
