Sharon L. Kidd, 71, of Sandusky, died Wednesday morning, November 27, 2013 in the Stein Hospice Care Center, Sandusky following a brief illness.
She was born September 21, 1942 in Sandusky and was a 1960 graduate of Sandusky High School.
Sharon was a member of the Amvets Post 17 Ladies Auxiliary, Commodore Denig Post 83 American Legion Auxiliary, Lowell C. Hein Post 2529, V.F.W. Auxiliary, and the Sandusky Eagles, Aerie 444. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Allen W. Kidd, one daughter: Holly (Anthony) Brown of Sandusky, two sons: Scott (Tami) Kidd of Florida, Frank A. (Cheryl) Kidd of Tennessee, four grandchildren: Joy Amber Kidd, Jeremy Kidd, Dakota Brown, Kaidyn Brown, five great grandchildren, one sister-in-law: Donna Wilk of Sandusky, one niece and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Frank 7 Hildred (Bookman) Wilk, one great granddaughter, and one brother: Myron "Mike" Wilk.
Friends may call Friday, November 29, 2013 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM and from 9:00 AM Saturday, November 30, 2013 until time of Funeral Service at 10:00 AM in the Pfeil Funeral Home, Sandusky Chapel, 617 Columbus Avenue, Sandusky. Chaplain Charles Odums of Stein Hospice Service will officiate. Burial will be in Collins Cemetery.
