Karen M. Wilson, 66, Sandusky, died on Sunday, January 23, 2011, at her residence.
She was born on June 21, 1944 in Sandusky, Ohio. Karen graduated from Huron High School in 1963, and was employed by Industrial Nut, Periodical Publishers, and provided day care in her home. She was a member of the Orioles Club, and enjoyed playing cards, making ceramics, and spending time with her grandchildren.
Karen is survived by her husband, Donald Wilson, Sandusky; daughters, Rebecca (Dan) Lasnoski, Sherry Wilson, Leslie Wilson, and Amanda Wilson, all of Sandusky; grandchildren, Brandon Wilson, Sara Ware, Amanda Ferdinandsen, Diamone Wilson, Ryan Hollingshed, Jr., Trae Caffey, Juwan Minniefield, Jarrod Williams, Jr., Jayrese Williams, Alayja Williams; seven great-grandchildren; four sisters; three brothers; special friend, Tiny Pankow, of Florida; and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Angelo and Betty (Ballard) Legando; and son-in-law, William T. Henry, Jr.
