Rose Ellen Manuella, age 61, of Sandusky, left this life and walked through Heaven's gates on Saturday, January 25, 2014.
She was born July 6, 1952 in Vermilion to George and Helen (Peters) Ours. Rose graduated in 1970 from Margaretta High School.
She enjoyed scrapbooking with her sisters and making scrapbooks for her grandchildren. She loved cooking Sunday dinners for her family after church and loved spending quality time with her husband, daughters, and especially her grandchildren.
Rose is survived by her husband Randy Manuella, of 40 years, whom she married June 9, 1973; three daughters Lisa (Brian) Smith, Amy (Jason) Williams, and Michelle (Jason) Stenger, all Sandusky; six grandchildren Brandon and Chelsea Smith, Jacob and Makaela Williams, and Camryn and Jackson Stenger; mother Helen Ours; and four sisters, Sue Ours, Dee (Bob) Frausto, Kay Mayse, and Tina (Chris) O'Hara.
She was preceded in death by her father George Ours, sister Margie Ours; maternal grandparents, Mahala and Walter Peters; and paternal grandparents Cecilia and Gilbert Ours.
Friends may call from 3-6 PM Sunday, February 2, 2014 at The Chapel, 4444 Galloway Rd., Sandusky, and from 9:30 AM until time of services at 11:00 AM Monday, February 3, 2014, at The Chapel. Rev. Reg Genter will officiate. Burial will be in Castalia Cemetery.
