Shane L. Groff, 60, residing in Sandusky, and formerly of Mansfield, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, February 6, 2014, in the Stein Hospice Care Center, Sandusky.
He is survived by his mother, Jean (Miller) Groff, Mansfield; sisters, Michele (Dean) Paxton, Bellville, OH, and Daniele (William) Rockwell, Lexington, OH; brother, Michael Groff, Lexington, OH; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Carmen Groff; and his father, Robert Groff.
Private family services will be held in the Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. Burial will take place in the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Rittman, OH.
