Charles E. "Charlie" Price

Charles E. "Charlie" Price, 81, of Port Clinton, Ohio, and formerly of Norwalk, Ohio, died Friday, February 21, 2014, in his home surrounded by his family.

He was born January 21, 1933 in Cumberland, Maryland, to the late Walter and Helen (Frost) Price.

Charlie was an owner/operator with Universal Am Cam retiring in 2011. He was a member of Eagles Aerie #711, Norwalk, Ohio, Moose Club of Port Clinton, Ohio, Mt. Vernon Lodge #64 F. & A.M., Norwalk, Ohio, Queen Esther Chapter #15 Order of Eastern Star, Norwalk, Ohio, was a 32nd Degree Mason, and a member of the Valley of Toledo, Zenobia Shrine.

Charlie is survived by his wife of 60 years, Delores (Guyton) Price of Port Clinton, Ohio, by his children, Bryan Price of Vermilion, Ohio, Leslie Price Norman of Sophia, North Carolina, and Charles F. Price, Jr. of San Antonio, Texas, by his brothers, Lewis Price of Louisville, Kentucky, and Michael Price of New Smyrna Beach, Florida, by his sisters, Wilma Mortamor of Bedford, Pennsylvania, and Carol Mowery, of Bedford, Pennsylvania, nine grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, by numerous nieces and nephews, including Tracy Dunham of Norwalk, Ohio.

Charlie was preceded in death by his son, Charles F. "Jack" Price in 1978, and by his granddaughter, Kailey Nicole in 1998. Friends may call on Monday, February 24, 2014 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in Walker Funeral Home, 98 West Main Street, Norwalk, Ohio where funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Stephen Sickel, Pastor of the Church of the Master, Steuben, Ohio, will officiate. Interment will be in Steuben Cemetery.
