Ida L. "Dolly" Vargo, 76, of Sandusky, passed away early Wednesday morning, April 2, 2014 in The Meadows at Osborn Park, Huron.
She was born on August 21, 1937 in Sandusky to the late Louis and Ida (Hartman) Trapp.
Dolly was employed at Stephens Printing Co. and at Barr Rubber Co. before holding various other jobs.
Dolly is survived by her children, Veronica Jean Guevara, Diana Lynn Hoelzer, Lorrie Louise Vargo, Joseph Edward Vargo, and Barbara Mae "Candy" Cook; special granddaughter, Amanda L. Morin; seven other grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her great-grandson, Austyn J. Morin; and sisters, Gladys M. Sandy and Marietta Anson.
Friends may call on Sunday, April 6, 2014 from 2-5 P.M. at Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. Following visitation, Dolly will be cremated, per her wishes.
