Joyce E. Reineck, 65, of Norwalk, Ohio, passed away, Friday, May 9, 2014 in the Stein Hospice Care Center, Sandusky, Ohio, surrounded by her family.
She was born March 12, 1949 in Willard, Ohio, and was a lifelong area resident. J
oyce graduated in 1967 from South Central High School. She was the former owner of Joyce's Cake Decorating Supplies. Joyce was an active member of Compassionate Friends of Stein Hospice for 10 years, and was a member of the Norwalk Garden Club. She enjoyed crocheting, stamping cards, and baking.
Joyce is survived by her husband, Eugene A. "Gene" Reineck, whom she married in 1991. She is also survived by her daughter and son in law, Heather and Dan Willis of Huron, Ohio, by her mother, Bonadine M. "Bonnie" Foster of Willard, Ohio and by her sister and brother in law, Lynn and David Syler of Angola, Indiana.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Halle Burrus in 1991, and by her father, Paul E. Foster in 1992. Friends may call on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. in Walker Funeral Home, 98 West Main Street, Norwalk, Ohio. Chaplain Darryl Gant of Stein Hospice Service will officiate. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
