Hazel M. Masey, age 89, of Castalia, died Wednesday morning February 23, 2011 at Firelands Regional Medical Center, Main Campus.
She was born January 7, 1922 in Akron, OH. She was a member of Wayside Temple, Castalia, and she worked at Ford Motor Co in the cafeteria. Hazel loved going to the Senior Center in Sandusky whenever possible.
She is survived by her son Jack (Lynn) Hoskins, Castalia; two grandchildren Norma Jean Ealy and Jackie Berling; three great grandchildren; and three step great grandchildren.
Hazel was preceded in death by her parents James and Edna Coyfield; an infant son; and sister Helen Summerside.
Friends may call from 9:30 AM Friday, February 25, until time of services at 11:00 AM at Wayside Temple, 3809 Maple Ave., Castalia. The Rev. Rusty Yost will officiate. Burial will be in Sandhill Cemetery.
