Wallace "Sonny" Robinson, 69, of Sandusky, died Thursday, June 19, 2014, at his residence, unexpectedly.
He was born on January 2, 1945 in St. Louis, MO.
Sonny attended Sandusky Public Schools and served in the U.S. Navy.
He is survived by his daughters, Kimberly Robinson, Sandusky, and Yvette "Pancake" Robinson, Monroe, GA; sisters, Maxine (LV) Jordan, Augusta, GA, and Jeanette (Charles) Charlton, Sandusky; grandchildren, Brett (Erin) Robinson, Brittany Robinson, Deonta Collins, Tosha Collins, and Danelle Collins; eleven great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mae Etta Robinson; mother, Edna (Robinson) Roney; brother, William "Billy" Robinson; granddaughters, Brandy McCray, and Ashley Collins.
A memorial service will be held Friday, June 27, 2014 at 5 P.M. in the Spirit & Truth Ministries, 910 W. Madison St., Sandusky. Minister Darrell Charlton will officiate.
