Sandra J. Minor

Sandra J. Minor, 72, of Norwalk, Ohio, passed away Friday, June 27, 2014 in the University of Toledo Medical Center.

She was born December 18, 1941 in Shelby, Ohio, to the late Lawrence and Gladys Keiser and came to this area in 1973 from Shelby, Ohio.

Sandra was a member of the Chapel, South Campus, Norwalk, Ohio. She was a former employee of McDonalds (Benedict Avenue), Schilds IGA, Baines Park, Fanny Farmer Candy Company, Van Dresser, Inc., and was a caregiver in the Norwalk community. Sandra was a huge Ohio State and Shelby Whippet fan, enjoyed cooking, baking, flower gardening, and Bible study.

Sandra is survived by her husband, Donald R. Minor, of Norwalk, Ohio, by her children, Melanie and Bob Gaines of Shelby, Ohio, Bradley J. Billman of Norwalk, Ohio, Brian J. and Tina Billman of Sandusky, Ohio, Chad M. Billman of Norwalk, Ohio, Dan A. and Christi Minor of Norwalk, Ohio, Randy L. and Sue Minor of Norwalk , Ohio, Jenny and Tim Dreschel of Castalia, Ohio, and David E. and Sherri Minor of Norwalk, Ohio, 10 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, with one great grandchild soon to be born. She is also survived by her brothers, Lowell and Marie Keiser of Clarksville, Tennessee, Howard and Kathy Keiser of New Haven, Ohio, and William and Shirley Keiser, of Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Sandra was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Ashley Gaines in 2006, and by 3 brothers Ronald, Lawrence K. and Richard Keiser.

Friends may call on Thursday, July 3, 2014 from11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel, South Campus, 156 South Norwalk Road, Norwalk, Ohio. Pastor Todd Nielsen will officiate. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
