Donald D. Braden 68, Sandusky, died Friday, March 4, 2011, in Firelands Regional Medical Center.
He was born on June 3, 1942 in Newark, OH. Donald worked 34 years for Wagner Quarries, Sandusky, and loved gardening.
He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Marcia Braden; children, Donald A. Braden and Kenneth (Carol) Braden, both of Columbus, OH, Greg Braden, Castalia, OH, Lynn (Jeffrey) Atkins and Michael Braden, both of Fostoria, OH, Melissa (Matt Chill) Braden, Berlin Heights, OH, and James Braden, Bellevue, OH; thirteen grandchildren; and a uncle, Charles Braden, Heath, OH.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Thelma (Garrabrant) Braden; and a brother, Richard Braden.
Friends may call on Tuesday, March 8, 2011, from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. in Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 A.M. in the funeral home. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery. Condolences may be shared at www.toftfh.com.
