Yvonne (Newsome) Renfro, 64 of Clyde passed away Monday, August 25, 2014 at UTMC, following a lengthy illness.
She was born September 23, 1949 in Beaver, KY the daughter of Estel and Carrie (Webb) Newsome.
Yvonne was a homemaker. She enjoyed the outdoors, playing with her grand kids and shopping. She was a woman with a heart of gold.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She will be greatly missed by all, including: her children Angela (Glenn Ellis) Renfro, Oak Harbor, Paul (Kat) Renfro of Clyde, Missi (Ovid) Dearsman of Green Springs, Silas (Bobbie Jo Durst) Renfro of Clyde and Amber Forman of Clyde. Grandchildren: Travis and Devin Dearsman of Green Springs, Windie and Willow Renfro of Clyde, Alicianah Sauseda of Clyde, Uriyah Renfro of Clyde, TJ and Noah Donnersbach of Clyde, Tyler Ellis of Oak Harbor; 2 brothers; James Tackett of KY, Clines (Vonda) Newsome of KY and 2 sisters; Laura May Hamilton of KY and Shirley Fogle of KY.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Roland Renfro, and sister Nancy Hall.
Friends will be received on Thursday, August 28, 2014 from 1-5pm at the Foos Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 504 East McPherson Hwy., Clyde. Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 29 at 1pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow at McPherson Cemetery, Clyde.
