Rosemary A. Molesky, age 71, of Wakeman, passed away Wednesday evening, September 03, 2014 at Fisher-Titus Medical Center in Norwalk.
She was born March 8, 1943 in Norwalk and graduated from Townsend Wakeman High School in 1961.
She retired after 25 years as a Teacher's Aide at Wakeman Elementary. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren, reading, cross stitching, golfing and bowling and a good glass of wine with friends and family. She was active with the Thursday Night bowling at Kenilee Lanes and golf leagues in Norwalk and New London. She was a member of the Norwalk VFW Post 2743 Auxiliary and Norwalk Eagles Auxiliary 711. She was an avid sports fan, followed her grandchildren's sporting events, and watched the Cleveland Browns and Indians.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Louis Molesky; children, Tim (Joni) Molesky, Jeff Molesky, Vicki Molesky, Eric Molesky and Yvonne (John) Boswell; grandchildren, Jarred and Casey Molesky, Morgan and Kaden Boswell; brothers, Barney (Kathy) Yaussy and Bill Yaussy; as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Blaha; mother and step-father, Lyda (Phillips) and Lester Yaussy.
Friends may call on Sunday, September 7, 2014 from 2:00 - 5:00 P.M. at the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk. Private interment will be at a later date at Collins Cemetery.
