Michael Curth Voegle, age 57, of Monroeville, went to be with the Lord Wednesday morning, October 15, 2014.
He was born August 24, 1957, in Sandusky, to James and Judith (Waterfield) Voegle. He was a 1975 graduate of Margaretta High School and worked in management and engineering at San Fab Conveyor Systems in Sandusky for over 35 years.
Mike was an active member and played the drums on the worship team at Faith Memorial Assembly of God Church. He was also a member of the Sandusky Chapter of the Christian Motorcycle Association and the NRA.
Mike enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, and friends. He was an avid motorcyclist, enjoyed sharing the love of Jesus, and was always willing to help anyone in need.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Emily (Hinkle) Voegle; Seven children: Renee (Greg) Grime, Ryan Voegle, Ashli (Preston) Bartow, Stephanie DeMore, Angeline DeMore, Carol DeMore, and Terry (Elizabeth) DeMore; grandchildren grandchildren Elianna and Kaelyn Grime, Laila and Preston "Moose" Bartow, Nathan "Nugget" Vitello, Eli Gomez, Tyson, Jackson, and Grayson DeMore, and Peyton Laws.
Mike is also survived by his brothers David (Laurie) Voegle and Jason (Jessica) Voegle; sister Patti Steler; mother of Renee and Ryan, Pamela (Evans) Voegle; along with several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents; and several aunts and uncles.
Friends may call from 3-8 PM Friday, October 17, 2014, at Faith Memorial Assembly of God, 1320 E. Strub Rd, Sandusky, and on Saturday, October 18, 2014, from 10:00 AM until time of services at 11:00 AM. Rev. Ken Hiser will officiate. Burial will be in Meadow Green Memorial Park. Ransom Funeral and Cremation Service, Castalia, is in charge of the arrangements.
