Patricia Gale Friedberg 67, of Sandusky died Sunday, November 9, 2014, in Stein Hospice Care Center.
She was born in Fremont, OH, on April 29, 1947, and was a 1965 graduate of Fremont Ross High School.
She was employed by the YMCA in Fremont and was a social worker with the Erie County Human Services for 14 years.
She was a member of the Fremont Garden Club, loved cooking, fishing, and dogs.
She is survived by her son, Chip Friedberg, Bellevue, OH; five grandchildren; brother, Richard Oliver, Toledo, OH; a niece and nephew; special friends, August & Beverly Maschari, Carol Ohlemacher, and Jean Holbrook with whom she resided with.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Eleanore (Bartlett) Oliver and grandparents.
Friends may call on Wednesday, November 12, 2014, from 9:30 A.M. until time of funeral services at 10:30 A.M. in Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. Rev. Philip Gardner of Trinity Lutheran Church will officiate. Burial will be in Castalia Cemetery. Following the committal services, everyone in attendance is welcome to join the family for a luncheon at Trinity Lutheran Church.
