Margaret P. Williams, 89, of Sandusky, died Thursday, December 11, 2014, in Stein Hospice Care Center.
She was born on February 25, 1925 in Reed Twp., OH.
Margaret along with her husband Harry owned and operated the Sandusky Laundromat. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Sandusky, and the Altar and Rosary Society. Margaret loved to cook and bake, and was a devoted and loving mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her children, Donna (Jack) Uhl-Bakewell, Milan, OH, Debbie Leibold and David Williams, both of Sandusky; grandchildren, Edward (Jill) Uhl, Julie Collier, Amy Uhl, Brandon Uhl, Ashley Williams, Chelsea Williams, Damien Leibold, Lacey Leibold, and Lucas Leibold; great-grandchildren, Jared Collier, Jacob Collier, Maddox Uhl, and Jaxson Uhl.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Williams in 2009, parents, Charles and Celestine (Hahl) Scherley; a son, Harry Williams III; great-grandson, Thomas Collier; seven sisters; and three brothers.
Friends may call on Tuesday, December 16, 2014, from 9 A.M. until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 10 A.M. in St. Mary's Catholic Church, 429 Central Ave., Sandusky. Father Joe Steinbauer will officiate. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery.
