Sandra L. (Savage) Ortner, 48, of Norwalk, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, December 31, 2014 in Fisher-Titus Medical Center.
She was born July 22, 1966 in Sandusky, Ohio and was a 1984 graduate of Perkins High School.
Sandy was a legal secretary of Hiltz, Wiedemann, Allton, and Koch Co., L.P.A. of Norwalk, Ohio and was former realtor of Howard Hannah Realty. She enjoyed crafts, garage sales, shopping, and especially enjoyed spending time with her grandson and family.
Sandy is survived by her husband of 23 years, Wayne C. Ortner of Norwalk, Ohio, by her parents, Gary A. and Margie (Spears) Savage of Sandusky, Ohio, by her children, Heather M. (Robby) Moskus of Norwalk, Ohio, Michael B. Ortner of Berlin Heights, Ohio, Reva Sue Braden of Norwalk, Ohio, Robin L. (Mark) Arnold of Wakeman, Ohio, and April M. (Tom) Herner of Wakeman, Ohio. She is also survived by her brother, Gary A. "Buddy" (Patricia) Savage Jr. of Sandusky, Ohio, by her grandson, Kaiden Moskus and 8 additional grandchildren, by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Friends may call on Sunday, January 4, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in Walker Funeral Home, 98 West Main Street, Norwalk, Ohio, where funeral services will be held on Monday, January 5, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Bill Smith, Pastor of Cline Street Freewill Baptist Church will officiate. Interment will be in Sand Hill Cemetery.
