Kyle C. Scheel, 40, of Monroeville, died unexpectedly Thursday, January 1, 2015 at his residence.
He was born March 4, 1974 in Sandusky and was a 1992 graduate of Monroeville High School and EHOVE.
Kyle was employed for 20 years at COAD Control, Sandusky. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. He enjoyed all sports, especially football. Kyle was a fan of the Cleveland Browns and Cleveland Indians.
He is survived by his significant other, Jennifer Reinhart and her boys Erik and Braden; parents, Robert and Sondra (Meyers) Scheel of Monroeville; siblings, Connie Roeder of Monroeville, Michael Scheel of Norwalk and Robin Crosby of Green Cove Springs, FL and Kirsten Schafer of Norwalk; nieces, nephews and other relatives.
He was preceded in death by his brother in law Garry Schaffer.
Friends may call Monday, January 5, 2015 from 4-7:00 PM in the Pfeil Funeral Home, Monroeville Chapel, 109 Monroe Street, Monroeville. A private family funeral service will be held. Burial will take place in St. Joseph Cemetery, Monroeville.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the family.
