Robert L. Fisher, 47, Fremont, passed away at 9:15 am. Friday, January 23, 2015, in his home, under the care of Hospice.
He was born Dec. 7, 1967, in Sandusky County, to George Fisher and Mary Elizabeth (Bliss) Fisher Dabrunz.
He attended Vanguard in Fremont, and was currently employed by Autoplas in Bellevue.
Robert enjoyed going to his children's swim meets, cross country meets, and football games. He liked watching the Steelers and Ohio State football games, loved listening to country music and old school rock-n-roll, and running derby cars.
He is survived by wife, Karen (Smith) Fisher, to whom he married September 1, 1990; four children, Acadia and Natasha Fisher both of Toledo, Haley, and Holly Fisher both of Fremont; two sisters Gloria (Lonnie) Henson, of Clyde and Lisa (Terry) King, of Fremont; and four brothers, Thomas Fisher, of Toledo, Roger (Deb) Fisher, of Clyde, Leroy (Sue) Fisher, and Jeff (D.J.) Fisher both of Fremont.
He was preceded in death by his mom, Mary Elizabeth (Bliss) Fisher Dabrunz; and three brothers, Gary, Irvin and William Fisher.
The family will have a gathering at St. Ann's Church, 1011 W. State St. Fremont, Ohio 43420, from 10:00 am until time of services at 11:00am on Wednesday January 28, 2015. Burial will take place at a later time in Washington Chapel Cemetery.
