Marjory J. Knoll, 83, passed away early Wednesday morning, March 25, 2015, in Fisher Titus Medical Center.
She was born December 11, 1931, to the late Alfred G. and Margaret V. (Showler) Knoll. Marjory spent nearly 50 years living in California. She had an appreciation for art, liked to travel, enjoyed investing in real estate, reading, painting, and playing cards. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family. Marjory was a 1949 graduate of Norwalk High School, and received her degree from Mount Union College. She worked many years as an accountant / bookkeeper.
Marjory is survived by her brother in-law, John (Ellen) Treiber, by her sister in-law, Marilyn L. Knoll, 3 nieces, 5 nephews, and numerous grand-nieces, and nephews.
Marjory is preceded in death by her former husband, William (Bill) Gavel, by her brother, David P. Knoll, and by her sister, Katherine (Knoll) Treiber.
Friends may call on Saturday, March 28, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m. in Walker Funeral Home, 98 West Main Street, Norwalk, Ohio.
