Leonard A. Nye, 58, of Berlin Heights, died Tuesday, April 7, 2015, at his residence.
He was born in Fremont, OH on March 20, 1957.
He was employed by Johnson Plumbing and Heating in Huron.
Lenny loved fishing, tinkering in the garage, and barbequing.
He is survived by his wife Linda Nye, to whom he was married 26 years; daughter, Meggan (James) Keefe, Castalia; son, Thomas Gladwell, Sandusky; grandchildren, Lucas, Isaac, and Emma; brother, Delbert Charles Nye, Bellevue; sister, Deborah Leah Nye Rivers, Atlanta, GA; step sister, Cheryl Grover, Green Springs, OH; step brother, Kenneth Papenfus, Rising Sun, OH; several other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Delbert L. and Etta Jane (Stauffer) Nye; and a sister, Marie Irene Fisher.
Friends may call on Saturday, April 11, 2015, from 10 A.M. until time of funeral services at 12 P.M. Noon in Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. Rev. Ken Hiser will officiate.
