Leland C. Ringle, Sr., 80, of Norwalk, Ohio, passed away early Tuesday morning, April 28, 2015, in his home.
He was born February 21, 1935 in Norwalk, Ohio to the late Marion C. and Agnes Ringle, and was a lifelong area resident.
Lee was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, Norwalk, Ohio, and retired from HyTek Alignment Company, Norwalk, Ohio. He was a former employee of Herman's Furniture Store in Sandusky, Ohio, and A. Ruffing Furniture Store of Bellevue, Ohio. Lee enjoyed fishing, camping, watching sports, and playing dart ball.
He is survived by his children, Leland C. (Rushell) Ringle, Jr. of Norwalk, Ohio, Leroy Ringle of Norwalk, Ohio, Anna Harmon of Norwalk, Ohio, and Roberta Lasch of Norwalk, Ohio, 13 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
Lee was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia J. Ringle in 1999, and by his brothers, Leroy, Richard, Dale, Johnny, and Marion Ringle, Jr. Friends may call on Sunday, May 3, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service at 4:00 p.m. in Walker Funeral Home, 98 West Main Street, Norwalk, Ohio. Pastor Dan Kenyon will officiate. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
