Richard A. Feix, 79, of Sandusky, died Friday, May 1, 2015, in Parkvue Healthcare Center.
He was born on May 4, 1935 in Fremont, OH , to the late Alden and Leone (Scheid) Feix.
Richard was employed by Ford Motor Company, Lyman Boats, Esmund Dairy, and worked many years ago at the State Theatre, stacking bowling balls in the bowling alley.
He was a member of the Sandusky Community Church of the Nazarene, the ROMEO Club, and Local Union #1216.
He is survived by his children, Susan (John) Samko, Pamela Crawfoot, Matthew (Stephanie) Feix and Melissa (William) Spence, all of Sandusky, and Randall (Debbie) Feix, Mansfield, OH; ten grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; brother, James "Jim" (Sherri) Feix, Myrtle Beach, S.C.; and his companion, Millie Scheid.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Gloria F. Feix in 2009; and his parents.
Friends may call on Monday, May 4, 2015, from 1-3 & 5-7:30 P.M. in Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 10:30 A.M. in the funeral home. Rev. David Flack will officiate. Burial will follow in Oakland Cemetery.
