Wayne A. Towslee

Wayne A. Towslee, 55, of Norwalk, Ohio, went to be with his Lord and Savior on May 9, 2015 after a heroric battle with lung cancer.

He was born in Medina, Ohio on October 15, 1959. Wayne married the love of his life and best friend, Kimberly (Long-Leslie) on November 10, 2007.

Wayne worked for Underground Utilities, Inc. in Monroeville, for 29 years as an operator/foreman. Wayne loved his job - he especially loved dirt work. Wayne was a devoted blood donor - donating 11 gallons to the Red Cross. Traveling was one of Wayne's passions - one of his favorite destinations was Sedona, Arizona. He loved his Cleveland Indians! Go Tribe! When he wasn't working or traveling, he enjoyed working in his yard, dinner with good friends, and spending time with family. Wayne had a passion for life, and once being diagnosed with cancer, was committed to quality versus quantity. He touched the lives of many!

In addition to his wife, he leaves behind his family; brothers, Raymond (Jeanie), and Robert, (Carrie), and sisters, Norma (Marc) Grossman, Pamela (Mark) Thompson, and Darlene (Haedin) DeLarec. He also leaves his beloved step-children, Brandon Leslie, Bradley (Ashley) Leslie, Brooke Leslie, and Michelle Kennedy. Grandchildren; Zayne, Zander, and Zavery Leslie, and many nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death, his parents, George and Barbara (Hastings) Towslee.
