Vicky L. King, 58, of Sandusky, died on Sunday, May 24, 2015 in Firelands Regional Medical Center.
She was born in Sandusky on June 7, 1956.
Vicky was employed by Periodical Publishers, Concord Nursing Home, and Briarfield.
She loved NASCAR (her favorite driver being Jeff Gordon), going to classic car shows, and being an honorary cheerleader for Sandusky Elementary sports. Her most cherished time was spent with her family and her dogs.
She is survived by her husband, Jason King; daughters, Carrie (Donte) Henry, Lindy Jenkins, Brittanee Webb, Alexandra Norris, and Joy King, all of Sandusky; grandchildren, Davion Henry, Kenneth Norris, Melody Norris, and a grandchild expected in July, Dayani Henry; sisters, Kathy (Bill) Clapp, Clyde, OH, Patricia (Gordon) Meggitt, Monroeville, OH, and Linda (Duke) Hahn, Castalia, OH; brothers, Ron Jenkins, Tiffin, OH, and Joseph Jenkins, Texas; brother-in-law, Bob King, Sandusky; and a special friend, Maria Ketchum, Ravenna, OH.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Eldred and Eleanore (Walters) Jenkins; sister, Wendy Jenkins; and brothers, Jim Jenkins and Dennis Jenkins.
Friends may call on Friday, May 29, 2015 from 2 P.M. until time of funeral services at 4 P.M. in Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. Burial will follow in Oakland Cemetery. Fellowship will be in the Toft Event Room immediately following the committal service.
