Julie C. Everson, 81, of Sandusky, died unexpectedly Tuesday morning, June 2, 2015 at her residence.
She was born February 7, 1934 in Cleveland and had lived in Sandusky most of her life.
She was a 1952 graduate of Sandusky High School and was a graduate of Ursuline College in Cleveland. Julie was a member of the Sandusky Yacht Club Auxiliary, the Sandusky Amvets Post 17 Auxiliary, and a past member of Sandusky Sailing Club and Interlake Fleet #1. In her younger years, she volunteered at Sts. Peter & Paul School and the former Providence Hospital. Julie enjoyed boating, reading, and loved spending time with her grandchildren. She will be remembered by many for her catchphrase, "Love ya."
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Dean C. Everson; one son, Fritz (Jenny) Everson of Sandusky; one daughter, Jane (John) Mueller of Mooresville, NC; four grandchildren, Lily and Gus Everson, Sam and Jack Mueller.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Lily Wiehn.
A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date.
