Robert R. Kopp, 62, died early Tuesday morning, June 9, 2015 in Hospice of Western Reserve, Westlake, Ohio.
He was born to the late Robert and Audrey J. (Bonstel) Kopp on July 25, 1952 in Norwalk, Ohio and he lived most of his life in Norwalk, Ohio.
Robert was a 1970 graduate of Western Reserve High School. He was a self-employed carpet installer and he did reupholstering for private individuals, and companies. He was an avid Cleveland Indians, Cleveland Browns, Cleveland Cavaliers, and Ohio State fan. He enjoyed watching professional golf and spending time with his family and friends.
Robert is survived by his wife of 6 years Gracie J. (Smith) Kopp of Cleveland, Ohio, by his children, Kevin Courts, Dana Killebrew, Antonio Smith and Diane Killebrew, all of Cleveland, Ohio, and by 6 grandchildren, by his brothers Richard J. (Kathleen) Kopp, and Donald G. (Holly) Kopp, by his sister in-law, Gina Kopp, by his nieces and nephews, Traci Kopp Kubeck, Tony Kopp, Diana Kopp, Carrie Williamson, Taylor Kopp, and Katie Kopp, by his great nephew, Davonte Pratt and a great niece, Summer Green.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Lacrita M. Smith and his brother, Danny L. Kopp.
Friends may call on Friday, June 12, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in Walker Funeral Home, 98 West Main St., Norwalk, Ohio. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.
