Robert E. "Boobie" Meyer, 83, passed away Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at the Bellevue Care Center.
He was the son of William and Colletta (Landol) Meyer.
Bob was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. He was a longtime friend of Dendinger Brother's where you could always find him helping out.
He is survived by special family friends, Chuck and Vickie Dendinger & Family; Ken and Mary Dendinger & Family; Dave Dendinger & Family; Barb and Denny Lawrence & Family; numerous nieces and nephews. Sisters, Lavern (Jim) Miller, Green Springs and Berniece (Donald) Brown, Monroeville; sister-in-laws, Kate and Anna Marie Meyer, both of Bellevue.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Walter, Richard, Harold and Johnny; sister, Bernadine Peiffer.
Friends will be received on Monday, June 22, 2015 from 6-8PM at the Foos and Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue, OH, 44811 where the rosary will be recited at 5:30PM. A funeral mass will be Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 231 E. Center Street, Bellevue, OH, 44811 with Reverend Jonathan Wight. Burial will follow at Bellevue Catholic Cemetery, 608 Monroe Street, Bellevue, OH 44811.
