Gladys Elnora Denson, 88, formerly of Sandusky passed away Friday, April 22, 2011 in the Westview Hospital, Indianapolis, Indiana following a brief illness. She was born February 5, 1923 in Sandusky. Gladys was a member of Emmanuel United Church of Christ during her time in Sandusky.
She is survived by two daughters: Constance Jeanne Barthalow and Patricia Ann Nickester, six grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, Forrest Howard Denson, her parents: Edward & Blanche (Carey) Wyatt, three brothers and two sisters.
Friends may call Tuesday, April 26, 2011 from 12:00 Noon until time of funeral service at 1:00 PM at the Pfeil Funeral Home, Sandusky Chapel, 617 Columbus Avenue, Sandusky. The Rev. Edgar Shelly will officiate. Burial will be in Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron. Memorial contributions may be made to the donor’s favorite charity.
