Leilani B. Perry, infant daughter of Nicklas J. and Kaleigh N. (McClish) Perry, passed away Wednesday, July 22, 2015 in Fisher-Titus Medical Center.
She was born June 24, 2015 in Norwalk, Ohio.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brother, Kayden McClish of Norwalk, Ohio, by her paternal grandparents, Timothy and Dawn Perry of Temperance, Michigan, by her maternal grandparents, Steven and Monica McClish of Norwalk, Ohio, by her paternal great grandparents, Larry and Anita Demario of Monroe, Michigan, and Judith Gundrum of Cordova, Tennessee, and by her maternal great grandparents, Arden and Norma McClish of North Fairfield, Ohio, and Daneen Porter of Shelby, Ohio.
Funeral services will be private.
