Nettie June (Canterbury) Kiser, age 83, formerly of Huron and Fremont, died Sunday morning, August 9, 2015 at Gaymont Nursing Center.
She was born February 1, 1932 in Elizabeth, West Virginia to John W. and Flossie J. (Woodring) Reed.
She is survived by her 2nd husband, Burdette L. Kiser of Fremont; children, children, Linda (Herman) Bryant, Terry (Glen) Hoag, Michael J. (Jan) Canterbury, Deborah Donelson, Dennis (Lynne) Canterbury and Bob (Vickie) DeLaHamaide; step-children, Barry and Mike Kiser, Kim (Brian) Smith and Robin (Jeff) Miller; also survived by her brothers, John N. (Carol) Reed and Rodger "Bill" (Linda) Reed; and sister, Joann Caudill; 23 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren; and numerous great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews
She was preceded in death by her 1st husband, James H. Canterbury in 1985; sisters, Pat Scherley, Dorothy Sanders, and her twin, Betty Brunn.
Friends may call on Wednesday from 11:00 A.M. until time of service at 1:00 P.M. at the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk. Pastor Freddie Rowe will officiate. Burial will follow at Meadow Green memorial Park in Huron.
