Marie J. "Tooty" Lee, age 77, of Sandusky, died Wednesday morning, August 19, 2015, at Providence Care Center, Sandusky, following a lengthy illness.
She was born May 15, 1938, in Bellevue and attended Immaculate Conception School, Bellevue.
Marie was a member of Wayside Temple, Castalia, and worked for Seaman's Restaurant, Bellevue, for many years.
She is survived by her son John (Karen) Lee, Sandusky; two grandchildren Nathan (Amy) Nolan and Michael (Melissa) Nolan, both of Norwalk; five great grandchildren Maggie, Isaac, Jillian, Jaida, and Kayla; four sisters Leona (William) Staugh, Sandusky, Mary (Al) Sawyer, Niles, Rita (Phil) Williams, Brookfield, and Cathy (Danny) Yontz, Sandusky; two brothers Fred (Marlene) Frisch Jr., Norwalk, and Dean Frisch, Flatrock; and many special nieces and nephews.
Marie was preceded in death by her parents Fred and Marie (Carlock) Frisch, two sisters Judy and Margaret Frisch; brother John Frisch; and sister in-law Mary Frisch.
Friends may call from 4-7 PM Friday, August 21, 2015, at Ransom Funeral and Cremation Service, 610 S. Washington St., Castalia. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2015at 10:00 AM at Wayside Temple, 3809 Maple Ave, Castalia. The Rev. Rusty Yost will officiate. Burial will be in Sandhill Cemetery.
