Velma M. (Zopp) Blackwell, 74, of Vickery, passed away late Sunday night, August 30, 2015 in Stein Hospice Care Center, Sandusky.
She was born on August 2, 1941 in Rupert, W. Va. to the late Elmer and Etta (Moses) Zopp.
Velma took pride in being a homemaker.
Velma is survived by her sons, Glenn, Jr. and Robert; grandsons, Glenn, III, Adam, and Jon; and great-grandchildren, Cameron, Emma, and Austin.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Glenver L. Blackwell, Sr., earlier this year.
At Velma's, there will be no viewing and cremation will take place. Private family services will be held.
