Herman "Bud" Bryant, age 77, of Norwalk, passed away Sunday, September 20, 2015 at Stein Hospice Care Center after a lengthy illness
He was born April 2, 1938 in Louisa, KY to the parents of Madge and Virgil Bryant.
He is survived by his wife, Linda (Canterbury) Bryant of 47 years; daughters, Brenda (Joe) Garcia of Sandusky, Nedra Sue (Robert) Knowles of Corvallis, OR, Lisa (Roger) Clayborne of Lugoff, SC, Gala Bryant of Norwalk, and Michelle (Keith) Hipp of Collins; seven grandchildren, Jessica (Justin), James, Ashley, Brandon, David, Kayli and Kelsey; two great-grandchildren, Cole and Maxwell; and his beloved dogs, Weiner and Callie; siblings, James (Olga) Bryant, Doris Morrow and Bill (Tilly) Bryant; nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Thurman; grandson, Charles Knowles.
A gathering for family and friends will be held Wednesday, September 23, 2015 from 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. at the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk. Private interment will be held at a later date.
