Daniel Charles Browne, 64, of Sandusky, passed away Saturday, September 26, 2015 at Cleveland Clinic after a brief illness.
Daniel was born on December 2, 1950 in Sandusky, OH to the late Charles G. and Mary Jane (Blade) Browne.
Daniel was a 1969 graduate of St. Mary's High School he also attended Firelands College. He was employed at Cedar Downs for 16 years. Dan was an avid Ohio sports fan. He was a hard worker who enjoyed spending time with his family and his two cats, Gravy and Ringo.
Daniel is survived by his significant other of 40 years, Joyce Klotz; her children, Kristy, Todd and Paul; his sister, Kathleen (Kerry) Potts; nephew, Matthew; niece, Jennifer and numerous relatives.
In addition to his parents, Daniel is preceded in death by his sister, Julie Browne in infancy.
At Daniel's request, cremation will take place and no services will be conducted. Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory is assisting the family with arrangements. Burial will take place at a later date in Calvary Cemetery.
