William Henry "Bill" Pulse, 77, of Sandusky, died Sunday, September 27, 2015, in Stein Hospice Care Center.
He was born in Nashville, TN on July 15, 1938, and was a veteran of the U.S. Marines.
He was employed by Brown Industries, Union Chain and retired from New Departure Hyatt-Delphi.
Bill loved fishing, football, and hanging out with his friends.
He is survived by his sons, Ronald Pulse, Gregory Pulse and Phillip Pulse, all of Sandusky; daughters, Joyce (Tony) Harper, Atlanta, GA, and Debbie (Anthony) Allen, Sandusky; grandchildren, Ronald W. Pulse, Tyrone D. Pulse, Asia D. Pulse and Mercedes C. Pulse; two great-grandchildren; brothers, Kenneth (Mattie) Pulce, and Horace (Lynn) Pulse, both of Nashville, TN; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Ann Pulse; father, William Henry Hawkins; mother, Elizabeth Pulse; sister, Amanda Barnett; and Mary C. Carr , who raised him.
Friends may call on Saturday, October 3, 2015, from 10 A.M. until time of funeral services at 12 P.M. Noon in New Jerusalem Baptist Church, 1920 Eddie Henry Way, Sandusky. Rev. Albert Porter will officiate. Burial will take place in Oakland Cemetery, where the Marines Forever Color Guard will provide the military tribute.
