Faith M. (Kennedy) Poock, 90, residing in Sandusky, passed away Wednesday evening, October 14, 2015 at Parkvue Health Care Center after a brief illness.
Faith was born on September 24, 1925 in Sandusky, OH to the late Ed and Lenora (Werner) Kennedy.
Faith was a Sandusky High School graduate. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. In her spare time, she enjoyed doing yard work, taking her family to Cedar Point and out to dinner, and she particularly enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandkids.
Faith is survived by her son, Thomas (Pamela) Poock; daughter, Sue Ann (George) Maher; grandchildren, Bradley (Kelsey), Megan, Tara, Tayler and Nicholas and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
In addition to her parents, Faith is preceded in death by her husband, Eugene C. Poock on November 30, 1989; siblings, Fayma Kennedy, Dewitt Kennedy, Violet Snyder, Edward Kennedy II, June Schmid, Catherine Blade, Lorraine Keeley and Gene Kennedy.
Friends may call on Saturday, October 17, 2015 from 10:00 am until the time of funeral services at 11:00 am at Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1607 E Perkins Ave, Sandusky. Rev. Philip A. Gardner will preside. Burial will follow in Perkins Cemetery, Sandusky.
