Adam West, 37, of Columbus, and currently residing in the Sandusky area, passed away suddenly on December 2, 2015 in Firelands Regional Medical Center.
He was born on October 7, 1978 in Tarzana, Cali. to Janet Lynn (Robinson) West and the late Arthur West, Jr.
He was a fiercely loyal, funny, big-hearted man who would give a strange the shirt off his back. He loved music, he loved to draw, and he loved to cook - which he did professionally throughout the Sandusky and Marblehead areas for the last 20 years. Adam was constantly battling with himself to be a better man and father, sadly losing his life before he could win. However, all who knew him will remember the beautiful person who shone through when he was at his best. His big smile. His big laugh. His big heart.
Adam is survived by several children, including Evan Magallenos, Millie and Crystal West, and Adam Mason and Emmarie West; mother, Janet Lynn West; twin sister, Jessica West; brother, Arthur (Tracie Grotz) West, III and family; and aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Friends may call from 12 P.M. until time of funeral services at 2 P.M. on Monday, December 7, 2015 at Faith Memorial Church, 1320 E. Strub Rd., Sandusky. The family will host a reception at Zion Lutheran Church, 503 Columbus Ave., Sandusky at 6 P.M.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Adam's name to the family, in care of the funeral home.
