Morrison L. "Ace" Dillender, age 84, of Bellevue, died Monday afternoon, January 18, 2016, at the Meadows of Osborn Park, Huron, after a lengthy illness.
He was born September 28, 1931, in Orrville, OH, and was a U.S. Air Force veteran serving in the Korean war. Morrison was a truck driver for many years.
He is survived by his wife Laura "Lori" Dillender; daughters Lori (Tim) Fedele, Lindsey Dillender; Bobbilyn (Davey) Davis, Debbie (Bernie) Bushardt, and Kelly Pollard; sons Mike (Peggy) Dillender and James (Christine) Dillender; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and special friend Linda Lonsway.
Morrison was preceded in death by his parents Burl and Elizabeth (Stewart) Dillender; sister Irene Sharpe; and brothers Walter and Lonnie Dillender.
Friends may call from 5 PM until time of memorial services starting at 7 PM, Friday, January 22, 2016, at First Christian Church, 3410 Hayes Ave., Sandusky. Pastor Don Spurlock will officiate. Ransom Funeral and Cremation Service, Castalia, was in charge of the arrangements.
