Todd J. Reber, 53, of Milan died unexpectedly Saturday morning January 16, 2016.
He was born October 29, 1962 in Lorain, Ohio to Edward and Cheryl (Harshberger) Reber.
He was a 1980 graduate of Admiral King High School and 1985 graduate of General Motors Institute. He earned his MBA from Bowling Green State University. He was an engineer at Kyklos Bearing International (KBI), formerly known as New Departure Hyatt for 35 years.
Above all else, Todd loved his family. He was a devoted and loving son, brother, husband, and father. Todd's greatest joy was attending and coaching his children in their various sports and attending their activities. He created wonderful memories for everyone whose lives he touched throughout the community. He put all of his effort into everything he did. Like he always said, "If you're going to do something, you might as well do it right." Todd saw the potential in everyone whether at home, work, or sports and brought out the best in them. He was a teacher at heart and this was demonstrated the most in his work and coaching. He was a problem-solver and lit up whenever he was presented with a challenge.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 27 years, Vicki L. (Warren) Reber; daughters, Erica Reber of Milan, Megan Reber of Ravenna and son, Ryan Reber of Ravenna; mother, Cheryl Reber of Lorain; brothers Craig and Kirk Reber; and father and mother in-law, John and Fran Warren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Reber.
Friends may call at 9:00 am until the time of the memorial service at 11:00 am on Saturday, January 23, 2016 at The Chapel North Campus, 4444 Galloway Rd., Sandusky, OH 44870. Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory Milan Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
