Donna Jean (Starlin) Dellinger, 69, residing in Sandusky, passed away January 26, 2016 at Firelands Regional Medical Center after a brief illness.
Donna was born on March 7, 1946 in Fostoria, OH to the late Everett E. Starlin and Delores I. (Kabel) Wik.
Donna was a 1964 graduate from Perkins High School. She was employed at Meijer as a cake decorator for over 8 years. Donna was a member of the American Legion for many years. In her spare time, she enjoyed shopping, photography, genealogy, baking and decorating cakes, and spending time with family especially her grandchildren.
Donna is survived by her children, Matthew Dellinger, Mark Dellinger MD., Laureen (Kevin Ashe) Dellinger and Angela Dellinger; grandchildren, Kiersten, Hilton, Sydney, Christopher and brothers, David Pasley and Ronald Starlin.
In addition to her parents, Donna is preceded in death by her sister, Yvonne.
Friends may call on Sunday, January 31, 2016 from 3:00 to 6:00 pm at Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1607 E Perkins Ave, Sandusky. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Monday, February 1, 2016 at 1:00 pm with Pastor Ken Hiser presiding. Burial will follow in Castalia Cemetery, Castalia.
